What do you think of when your mind travels to the topic of children’s music? Most likely it’s going to be juvenile

instrumentals with dumbed-down lyrics that are easy for even a two year old to comprehend.
I’ll be completely honest, when I turned on Yancy’s
Happy Little Praise Party Happy Day Everyday, that’s exactly what I
expected but I was pleasantly mistaken.
The music on this album is on a level that even someone in their 30’s can enjoy and the lyrical content, even though clearly for a younger crowd, people in an older audience can appreciate and enjoy.
Though this is a children’s album, I found myself rocking out to it much like I would anything in the rock scene.
