Indianapolis-based Threat Level’s
Heathens is one of those albums that takes you completely offguard.
Typically when you have a local unsigned band that’s not well-known, they don’t sound well on record and don’t have that “wow factor.”
Threat Level are a breed of their own. Even though they’re on the local level, their sound will blow you out of the water if you aren’t ready for it.
Producing a sound this dynamic and dominant is rare in an unsigned band, which is why this record is so impressive.
