Seether announce U.S. headline spring tour
2014 was the year of Seether. Their smash single “Words As Weapons” obliterated Rock radio, spending five weeks at #1, with a second single “Same Damn Life” also peaking in the Top 5. The hard charging trio traversed North America and Europe on tour and have watched sales of their latest album Isolate and Medicate continue to climb well past the 150,000 mark. But these multi-platinum rockers continue to raise the bar. Fresh off their standing-room-only co-headlining jaunt with Papa Roach, Seether is set to launch a twenty-one date headlining tour, beginning April 24th in Charlotte, NC. For those who aren’t lucky enough to experience Seether’s live prowess in person, the band has teamed up with Live Nation and Yahoo to live-stream their May 12th concert from Cleveland, OH. In addition, the spring tour wraps around the third annual Rise Above Fest, the daylong multi-act concert festival begun by Seether front man Shaun Morgan to honor his brother who took his own life seven years ago. This year’s festival takes place on May 9th at Darling’s Waterfront Pavilion in Bangor, Maine and features Godsmack, Papa Roach, Butcher Babies, and Slash ft Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators among many others.
