Ronda Rousey: My Fight Your Fight review

Ronda Rousey\’s book, My Fight Your Fight, is part memoir and part self help/motivational.
With a little help from her sister, Rousey chronicles her story from the very beginning to her current level of success and stardom. Readers are privy to Rousey\’s straight forward point of view as she discusses the loss of her father, family dynamics, and her early dreams of Olympic gold. From there she goes into her transition to MMA, her various fights and rivalries (especially between Rousey and Meisha Tate), and ultimately her introduction into the UFC.
Rousey not only chronicles her journey, she also allows readers insight into what motivates her and drives her to be the undefeated UFC fighter she is today.
Not only that, but she also takes the time to inspire her readers, challenging them to believe in themselves and fight to achieve their dreams.
Honestly, this book is one of the best memoirs I\’ve ever read. As soon as I finished it, I wanted to flip to the beginning and start all over again. Rousey\’s story and the way she encourages and motivates others will make anyone who picks up this book want to stand up and fight their own battles without fear.
