Review: The Hÿss- Hound

The Hÿss’ latest record- Sound- is one that’s guaranteed to appeal to stoner metal fans around the world.
With distorted guitars in the vein of Sleep and Clutch, the songs on Sound flow together well and no two songs sound the same. The tracks have the same style but each has their own identity
At just five songs, The Hÿss don’t bog you down with songs that are too long but walk the line perfectly so they’re also not too short and just the right length to listen to more than once in one sitting. Although Sound has a slower energy, each song still has intensity of its own that’s impossible to duplicate.
