As a culmination to an almost two and a half year album cycle, an opening slot for The Decemberists and a precursor to their headlining gig in Chicago\’s Grant Park, Indie darlings, Whitney made a stop in Kalamazoo, MI at the Bell\’s Brewery Beer Garden. On a night that was full of stars, swaying hips and a marriage proposal, Kalamazoo did their best to encourage Whitney to return. Opening the show was Grand Rapids, MI Major Murphy.
