KoRn and Brian \”Head\” Welch enter studio together

Recently it was announced former KoRn guitarist Brian “Head” Welch would reunite with the band for a string of US and European festival shows. From that moment on it was speculated and debated as to whether or not a full reunion would be in store. Thursday a video was released that showed footage of Welch and his former bandmates working in the studio making it official Welch would return on the band’s upcoming studio full-length. Sessions for the currently-untitled release are charged by Don Gilmore (Bullet For My Valentine, Linkin Park) with plans to release the album late this summer. Welch on the reunion: “We knew we would have a blast playing together because we love each other so much, but we really wanted to make sure the music felt right before we committed to making a whole album together. But since we got in the studio everything just started pouring out. Now I can’t wait until the fans hear this stuff!
