Cannon- Loose Cannon EP

              by Philip Coon Christian hip hop artist Aaron ‘Canon’ McCain got into rapping while attending Bible School in Tenn. There he met friend and fellow rapper Lecrae, after leaving Bible School for financial reasons, Canon decided to work on music albeit one with a positive message based on his faith. Encouraged by other rappers, Canon released  The Great Investment mixtape in 2009 and hit the internet a year later gathering attention from listeners around the world. Since the mixtape Canon has been a hype man for rapper Lecrae. Canon recently signed to Reflection Music Group and released the Loose Canon EP. The six track EP has beats that will get you moving to the music. And the lyrics are filled with positive messages about God. Definitely worth a listen for fans of Christian  music and hip hop in general. Rating: 8/10
