Pushing their own limitless boundaries and exploring new musical terrain, “Whenever You’re Ready” opens with hazy ambience before evolving with haunting beats and searing vocals, showcasing a bewitching new side of Alpha Wolf, built firmly around its soaring melodic chorus and stirring subject matter.
“Alpha Wolf like to let our listeners expect the unexpected at all times and ‘Whenever You’re Ready’ is a testament to exactly that,” the band shares. “We could feel the impact of this song from the moment the first chords were written. Dancing around on our melodic side, this song touches on the complications between people with a deep connection to one another and ultimately losing them.
