When Pitbull comes to town, things turn into a party quick and that’s what happened to Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville recently.
Lil Jon opened the show early and lived up to everything you expect from a Lil Jon show.
The rap legend played 36 songs in 45 minutes and spent the show running and jumping around the stage, yelling his trademark catchphrases of Yeah! Okay! and What! as the crowd got wilder and wilder.
At one point the fans were so loud you couldn’t hear Lil Jon, his DJ or the music and the energy was intense and fans didn’t seem to have anything left for Pitbull.
But they did. Boy, did they ever.
While the DJ played fan favorite club hits between songs, the tens of thousands of Pitbull diehard fans in bald caps, white dress shirts and ties started twerking and dancing all over the amphitheater.
As the lights went down and the crowd went nuts, Pitbull’s band took the stage, ripping into Metallica’s “Enter Sandman” and more heavy metal anthems before Mr. Worldwide himself emerged with sexy backup dancers surrounding him and the show was on.
The show was a sexy Miami party brought to Indiana and featured all of his hits, some of his featured songs and was a night of positivity, partying and love.
Filming a Netflix documentary, Pitbull took time to talk to the fans, telling them that the two most important things in life are love and time, reminding them that if people treated others with love more, “we wouldn’t have half the bullshit in this world we’re dealing with right now.”
Later in the night, Pitbull was joined by Lil Jon for a few songs, after which he gave the rap icon his flowers, telling fans that Lil Jon was the one who believed in him, gave him an opportunity and taught him about the music business 25 years ago.
Pitbull hasn’t forgotten where he came from and what he came from and his appreciation and gratitude exuded from him all night long, hardly being able to keep from smiling and making sure everyone in the sold out crowd had the time of their lives.
